"Clean and centrally located for French Quarter, Bourbon Street and trolley stops. Visited in April so air conditioning was great. Nice to receive coupons for money off the restaurant and daily passes for the trolley. Enjoyed our stay. Would have enjoyed a hot tub!!"

"Rooms are terribly noisy. You can hear the next door neighbor through the connecting door and the windows don’t seem to be soundproof as you can hear all the boat sirens all night. "

"The location is great and the courtyard is lovely and very quiet. Our room was very nice and roomy. Be aware that parking is either in the public lot across the street or at another hotel a few blocks away. For safety of our vehicle we chose the hotel location, it was a short walk and not a problem to get back into our vehicle when needed. Would definitely stay there again"

"Excellent location in French quarter on Bourbon street. Very nice room with great view from Balcony. Had a great time crowd watching and throwing beads was fun. Only dislike was that the water pressure was low in shower. Wife had hard time rinsing hair. "

"You have to know what you’re booking - a 2 star motel. Once you remember that, it’s not so bad. Although like other reviews say, the motel (not a hotel) NEEDS to buy new sheets and then consistently use bleach. You can tell they were laundered, but the stains are not a good look. After showering I went from the bathroom to bed and my feet were dirty. Cleanliness overall is clearly an issue. The neighborhood seems great - very welcoming, quiet at night, and I didn’t feel scared walking back alone around 10pm. I would stay here again when I’m on a budget. "
