"We wanted to explore Devon and would have preferred a quiet country location to do so. However none were available for our dates so we took the plunge on a city centre base. The location is ideal with easy walking access to both the city and car access to the main road routes south and east. The property itself was disappointing in that although spacious, was fairly spartan. The lack of manuals /guides etc on how to operate equipment was surprising.
