"This cottage is exquisite, everything about it is so well thought out, really clean , good bed linen and excellent facilities. It’s laid out well and although two bedrooms very spacious. The courtyard garden is pretty with good garden furniture and very sheltered. Nothing could be improved!"

"We had a fantastic stay in the cottage, which was in a great location for the main harbour, a great local pub (6 doors down), various public parking (buy a permit from Torbay council website) and town centre. All rooms were perfectly clean and very well equipped. Great area out the back to sit in the sun and enjoy a drink. We will definitely return in the future."

"We stayed for a family birthday, wanting to be close to Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. The barn was in an idea location to get to both within 25 minutes. The views are beautiful as all the shared space is upstairs so panoramic views from every window. Deborah and Anthony were really responsive, a huge thank you to them. A few more utensils would be handy for cooking but we managed fine and it’s worth being aware the roads are super narrow and lots of potholes, especially if you have low profile tyres....

"Very well equipped, bedding & towels included as well as tea coffee sugar. Spacious and quiet. Only downside was travelling the single track roads getting to & from in a large car. Otherwise totally worth the cost. Thank you"

"The property was set near to the harbour and close to road and car parks (also Rock Fish). Very enjoyable stay, and Brixham is a nicely chilled resort. Weather a bit changeable and more like late Spring than early Summer. Only downside was the conflicting stories of whether the tap water in the area had been flushed out of its germ which was giving people in the locality s & d, and whether the harbour area was 'clear'. Assurances that it was by hosts and some of the restaurants, but then an area...

"dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

"Accommodation perfect for us as was its situation that allowed us to visit all the towns around Devon that we had planned. Communication good and would definitely stay again as we would like to visit the area possibly for a longer period next time ."

"The house is perfect for a couple and dogs. It’s location is excellent, there is a park and sea walk, literally a few minutes away, and an amazing walk down to the dog friendly beach. The harbour and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away. The house is lovely, very light and airy with an open plan downstairs, leading to a private garden and patio area. It is also very quiet, just birds singing. I would strongly recommend this property in Devon."
