"Beautiful hotel well situated. Spacious clean room and bathroom with amenities. Lovely little added touches like fresh milk,water and even a welcome treat in the mini fridge, slippers and robes. Breakfast has plenty of choice with fresh fruit and pastries and a choice of freshly cooked breakfast’s. The only thing which let the hotel down was the room was very stuffy as there is no air conditioning even though they try by supplying a fan in the room. Also it’s on a very busy road which gets quite loud at night especially when you have to leave the windows open to allow the air to circulate. Overall it was a fantastic weekend. "

"The Osborne hotel is beautifully positioned on what feels like cots own private bay, away from the busier parts of Torquay. It has lovely views, good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. We really enjoyed our three nights."

Also too the very kind and hard working male waiter who also worked in the bar area such a hard working kind person. And to all the other staff such a lovely bunch of people "

"We enjoyed a 4 night stay here for a sailing competition. Easy walk to the Yacht club. Very friendly hotel owner and family, decent sized room. Breakfast was also excellent with great and prompt service. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was good but the surrounding area is very run down with lots of begging in the streets. The facade of the hotel is not as depicted. The palms shown in the advertising are no longer there. Parking was in a local council car park which was understood, but parking was dearer than advised.. No street parking available other than metered. Torquay very run down and grubby."
