"Quaint and gorgeous building and rooms! Only thing I'd suggest is that the owners put lamps in rooms to augment the LED lighting (for travelers like me whose eyes don't do so well with the LED frequencies). Other than that, the hotel was lovely, as were the staff!"

"Second time staying here and so convenient for Chessington, free breakfast and helpful staff"

"Staff were very helpful breakfast was very good"

"Was fairly cheap compared to nearby hotels with a pub next door and a petrol station/shop nearby. It's an ex-premier inn and was comfortable enough. The bathroom was a bit on the grotty side. "Location is excellent with Gloucester Road Underground just minutes away with direct line to London Heathrow Airport. Numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good quality Staff always helpful Good around hotel and would stay here again."

"The staff were exceptional, incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food and drinks at Pippin was great and great service. The room was cleaned every day before I returned and I had a great view."
