"Great hotel, great service and good location near Hyde Park. I liked being able to walk out the hotel and go running in Hyde Park. The room also had an amazing view over Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Despite the area being busy, it was very quiet. The hotel was fairly close to to tube stops so getting around London from the hotel wasn’t an issue. "

I had made 2 consecutive bookings (extended my trip) but was unable to book the same room. They were very helpful in allowing me to stay in the same room for no extra cost. Lost my keys and they helped with no questions. "
