"Just home from the most amazing five days here. The hotel is spotless and the staff all smiles,. My grandkids loved the warm swimming pool, the outdoor gym and the playground. The grounds are wonderful kept, full of mature trees, a war memorial and a pretty fountain. And that's before you get to the front of the hotel. The breakfasts blew us way, and our one evening meal was delicious. "

"The hotel is fantastic, really can’t fault it. Plenty of parking, the staff are very attentive and polite. The full English and continental breakfast are all included and again the ingredients are faultless! I have also enjoy and stunning curry from the on site Indian Restaurant. My room was very clean and a lovely bathroom. I will always come back to this hotel. Thank you "

"Lovely spacious room overlooking river with a patio door and Juliet balcony (outside needed a bit of a clean). Bathroom good size, shower head placement meant I had to be touching the toiletries which wasn’t a huge issue but just a bit of thought could have corrected this very easily. Evening meal in Brasserie 32 was £32 for 3 courses. My meal was lovely and very filling. Breakfast was a little disappointing, limited fresh fruit. Cooked items had been sat a while, might have been better in Brasserie. Overall good value compared to booking directly with Warners. I saved nearly £200! "

"Room not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Long hairs on the worktops and in the bath. Shower curtain was still wet, can only mean it had not been changed, not nice."

"We cannot thank Hamish and Susie enough for their warm welcome and their kindness way above and beyond. The perfect hosts.It was the perfect haven of rest that we needed before and after our son’s wedding.They had thought of everything and we wanted for nothing. The linen was crisp and luxurious and the towels were fluffy and soft. And for someone who really appreciates fragrance, the linen and towels and the hideaway smelt beautiful. Thank you so much Hamish and Susie. We will be back!"
