"Overall it was a decent stay. Would I stay again? Probably not if I had other choices. It was clean, close to transportation, and had a nice staff. The two things that got me were that it was hot inside of the room. Now could I have asked the staff about it yes (that was on me for assuming). The other thing was just poor timing with the construction being done on the hotel. Some of the pieces created a constant thumping noise. "

Had 3 staff members checking in people, but clueless guests who came in after other guests who were waiting their turn were allowed to check in first. "This hotel used to be a Travelodge and now become an Ibis. It is very well served by local bus services that take you directly to LHR Bus Centre at T3 and some bus routes even go to T5, which avoids having to pay for the expensive Hopper service. The room itself was basic but clean and comfortable enough for one night. Quite impressively despite being directly under the flight path, I heard zero airplane noise overnight and slept well. "
