"We had a great 2-day stay at Best Western. We traveled from the US with a lot of luggage, so the spacious room was perfect and gave us plenty of space to open our suitcases. The room had all the amenities we needed. My only suggestion is to improve the bathtub, as it was a bit slippery and No air conditioning, so Overall, we had a wonderful stay."

"I stayed during a heatwave and the property had no AC making the room impossible to sleep in. The room was also infested with mosquitos and tiny bugs, in the morning had multiple bites across my skin and had an extremely uncomfortable night. The second night I decided to leave as it was pointless to try to sleep and just took the earlier coach home. Staff were very kind, however there was nothing they could do as the hotel is just not in good enough condition."

"Maria was the BEST!!! She was so kind, helpful and even remembered it was my birthday, wishing me a happy one on my way to see Harry Styles. The hotel was well maintained, room was a decent size, especially for London and in a perfect location. Just a short walk to the tube, it was a easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. There was an e-bike parking area right at the corner which was also super helpful. I went to see Harry at Wembley and it was 7 stops away but also managed to go to the London...

"Short walk from Watford Junction to allow access to London. Very hot night with no air conditioning, but a fan and open windows solved that issue!"
