"The check in desk was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We did think however, $8 for a bottle of water in the room was exorbitant. The location of the Hyatt Regency was excellent for an evening at the Royal Alexandra theatre and there were several restaurants within close walking distance. "

"Super cool hotel, you’ll feel like you stepped in another era. I love the decor! The front desk staff was super helpful! Our room was super cute and cozy. We were in the new wing. It was nice and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom is gorgeous. Word of caution; the shower floor is really slippery! The windows don’t open, which is usually fine, but the room was a bit stuffy. Unfortunately, when we turned the air on, it was really loud and non stop. We turned it off during the night just so we could sleep. We didn’t eat on site but we did order a pot of coffee up to the room as we don’t do Nespresso… "
