As a base for exploring the city, the hotel was good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I liked being near Ossington St. on the downside it was a cramped room, no beside table on one side of double bed or socket, not much room to store your bag and clothes, it was also noisy from the street.

Very clean and neat hotel. It’s well maintained. Its proximity to downtown is useful and there is a lot to see within a 30+ min walking distance.. The area is busy though and there is a lot of road and exterior noise at night. So if you’re not used to city noises (I’m not) - bring ear plugs for sleeping.

The room was clean and quiet. It's a small space for two people, but it worked. The room could have used a sweeping to remove cobwebs, but it wasn't the end of the world. The bar closed early, so there was no access to a nightcap at 10:00 pm. The front desk could use some resources for ideas on where to eat nearby. We asked, and they had no real suggestions. All in all, it was a nice space for the money spent.

Gladstone House was amazing… room was very clean. The staff were all so helpful…especially with helping us with how and where to get off the trains. Absolutely the best part is the old elevator that is working condition. I would absolutely recommend this place.

This place has a lot of charm. The rooms are small but comfortable. Staff were great and tried their very best to accommodate whatever you needed. Stayed here for a night for a concert and it was exactly what we needed. I’ll definitely book this hotel again for a next concert.
