"This was the best place i have ever stayed. When we struggled to get into the building with our key card security desk staff helped us out. It had a full kitchen stocked with everything you need and walkable to grocery stores to help you save money instead if eating out all the time. Though we did not use it, it had a washer and dryer. The bed was very confortable as well. When we had a problem, which was only once, i called the rivet stays service, they answered quickly, and were able to help us. When heading out it was close to a tram that would come every 10 minutes which made getting around toronto amazing. My only complaint is that the specific room we were staying in was on the 16th floor and sometimes it would take 10 minutes when busy just to get to the ground floor. After the first time this happened, we left 10 minutes early everytime, so if yiu stay here just remember that. Also, this would not stop me from staying here again though! 10/10 would recommend!"

"The hotel, amenities & location were great, will definitely stay here again! The coffee was amazing, front desk staff were outstanding & the view was spectacular. Very clean, amazing gym facility & roof-top pool. We loved the dining options & the food everywhere was great, however the service at the restaurants was disappointing and very underwhelming. It was also a let down that there is only one single draught beer option at all of the restaurants, which was unavailable at the steakhouse for our entire 3 night stay. Other than that, a great experience!"

"Property was large , clean and comfortable. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Easy walk to BMO field. Once I figured out the principle of code access to elevator, room and building then everything was easy. Would recommend."
