I loved that it was so accessible to so many spots, especially places reachable via public transit. Staff was also very helpful when I asked about early check-in or if they stored packages before my arrival. Room was very clean and comfy and I loved the walk when I was coming home to the property.

Great place to stay especially if you’re going to Scotia bank Arena or coming in on Train. Everything is very good, only slightly negative comment is the restaurant/bar closes at 11:00 pm and food menu is limited if looking for a quick bite after the Leafs Game.

We stayed 3 nights to take in some Blue Jays games, this hotel is just a quick walk to the Rogers Center and the Union Station and there is lots of great places to eat near by. The room was very clean. The shampoo and conditioner are great for your hair and smell nice too. This hotel is so quiet that we thought maybe we were the only ones staying there (ha ha), the fresh apples were a nice little touch as well as opening doors for us all the time. The kings size bed was very comfortable as well. Highly recommend this spot.

Staff was excellent. Asked us if we had any room preferences which was a nice touch including giving us a view of the CN Tower. We were celebrating a birthday which they acknowledged but only by saying happy birthday. Other hotels have always done a little something extra to celebrate. I recommend valet over self park as self park cost more and you had to carry your bags to the parkade. Great location, highly recommend.
