"Great location, spacious hotel and rooms Beautiful grounds with lots of room to be able to relax Even when hotel was full it didn’t feel cramped. Our room was oceanfront Deluxe Room Terrace Sea View delivered. It was indeed as described on Hotels.com Breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of variety Location was ideal Beach, boardwalk, restaurant Bus and/or Hop-on/off stop right in-front of hotel to get you into the city within 20mins Pool areas were superb Chairs, umbrellas and towels. Only complaint I have is that tbe pool wasn’t heated. So for the month of May you can look at the water, maybe get in for a minute of two but you definitely can’t appreciate the water. Too bad since if it was even slightly heated I would give this place an extra star "

"Located right on the beach with a sea view. Good for long excursions along the beach walk with many restaurants and an interesting city. Enjoyed the shower and clean, modern room. Thankful for the quality of the balcony doors and thick drapery, as the loud EDM music from nearby bars lasted most of the night, except on Monday. You could still feel the beat all night though. Delicious breakfast selection with view of the sea. Wished that the rooftop dipping pool was warm, but the view was sweet. Helpful and friendly staff, we really enjoyed our stay at Neptuno!"
