"The room was not really clean, i could see fingerprints on the TV, the shower screen and the wardrobes. The room is good size with comfy beds and the bath room is also good size. Nice balcony with views. All together a really nice hotel, but the lobby is unfortunately very dated and looks more like a college hub. The out door area with swimming pool is lovely. "Lovely hotel and great staff. Rooms were tidy with many extra ammenities. Beds are a bit low to the ground but comfortable. Mini bar with lots of complimentary snacks. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and booked our reservation. Valet parking. Only problem was the first morning there was no hot water :( Staff went to fix the water heater but it did not warm up before we had to leave. Pool a bit weird since it is crammed into a tiny deck space and looks like an oversized aquarium"

"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"Excellent service with staff being very particular and always aware of consumer needs. Food was excellent - not one dish let it down with variety of different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only issue was the air-con was extremely random and seemed to be locked meaning temperature could not be adjusted. The room was sometimes v. hot. Overall, would definitely return. Thank you "

"Hotel was very clean and looks spectacular. We stayed out of season so was very quiet with not all restaurants open during our time there. Taxi into town around 15 minutes so not the end of the world. Only negative was finding out where everything is, very large hotel with not the greatest signposting. "
