Excellent location on beachfront with good transport connections. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable and quiet. I liked that it is a small hotel.

Nice stay, but bring earplugs. Hotel Neptuno was a good base overall. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. The one big drawback was noise from the nearby clubs late into the night till 5a, which made it hard to get a full night's sleep. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the street side. 4/5 (3/5 if sleep is a priority).

Our first time in Valencia and this was our 2nd stop. I enjoyed the location of the hotel and there would only be one that I would have cconsidered out of the entire strip. The hotel has a boutique feel to it and I had a great room. Place was convenient to all things.

I loved EVERYTHING about this stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful the breakfast AMAZING abd again more incredible staff! But the gem is the spa and massage element - Lin is a genius and the Vichy spa and sauna was a BLAST. Crazy to stay anywhere else and lucky if you get a room! Lizzie

Very convenient location if you’re looking to spend time at the beaches. Its a little bit of a commute if your heading in to the city or Old Town of Valencia. Food quality on the beach are also not great - tourist traps.

From arrival to the end our overnight stay the staff were brilliant, friendly and informative. Our room was lovely and there were some goodies left for us such as chocolates and complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar which is a really nice touch. We had a huge comfy bed and the bathroom had everything that you need especially if you’ve forgotten something. Toothbrushes, comb, hairdryer, wet razor kit and the other things like shampoo, soap and even some cologne and hand body cream. We only stayed the one night for a concert just across the way from the hotel so it was ideal for us. It’s also right next to the beach and a row of lovely restaurants and bars if you don’t want to eat in. We will definitely stay again when we want to be on the coast of Valencia.

There’s a lot of noise coming from the nightclub on the beach side. This loud noise goes on every night until 4 a.m.! The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and staff are great, but we couldn’t sleep well.
