Large windows line the length of this corridor-like apartment, filling the space with a warm and inviting ambiance.The strategic design of this linear space maximizes natural light, making it a standout feature of the apartment and filling the room with a radiant glow. The interior of the studio exudes a classy and refined atmosphere and is equipped with a comfortable bed for two and a fully equipped modern bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities you’ll need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Other amenities we offer include a TV, air conditioning for heating and cooling, a washer/dryer combo, an iron, and a hair dryer. A deposit of 900 euros is required one week before arrival via an external link to the Guest Portal on Hostaway. The deposit will be refunded within a few days after your checkout. <br><br>House Rules<br>1. To gain access to the accommodation, you must complete the check-in form and add payment methods for the deposit in the Guest Portal. Once the property has been inspected for any potential damage, the deposit will be refunded within a few days. <br>2. The deposit may be used to cover any damage to the property, charges for unauthorized additional guests, or excessive utility usage (such as charging an electric car or leaving the air conditioner on).<br>3. Charging electric cars using the property’s electricity is not permitted.<br>4. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival and departure times.<br>5. Customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please ensure that you have received and understood the instructions.<br>6. Less than 7 days before arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of nights or the number of guests in the reservation. No refund will be issued in this case.<br>7. One queen-size bed will be provided for every two people in the group; however, you may request additional beds based on the number of guests.<br>8. The duvet covers can be found in the closet or in a box under the bed.<br>9. The apartments have electronic locks that should not be tampered with. If you encounter any issues with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise, a charge of 800 euros will apply for any damage.<br>10. Quiet hours in the building are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.<br>11. Parties are prohibited.<br>12. Pets are not allowed.<br>13. Guests are not permitted; each guest will be counted as an additional person in the accommodation, and you will be charged accordingly.<br>14. The fee for an additional person is 40 euros per night per person, plus a 15% commission that may be deducted from the security deposit.<br>15. The total cleaning service fee is 80 euros plus a 15% commission.<br>16. Some consumables, such as coffee capsules (Tassimo), toilet paper, etc., are provided in limited quantities and will not be restocked; however, you can find what you need at Mercadona, Consum, etc.<br>17. If you require an invoice, please let us know before your stay ends, providing the necessary details so we can issue the invoice.<br>18. Please place trash in the trash bins on the street.<br>19.
