"Fantastic courtyard and pool, and really eclectic restaurant and dining area. Great spot close to restaurants and walking distance from The City of Arts and Sciences complex."

"Fantastic stay, loved the apartment. Had everything we needed and was easy to access and transport was great. Was quiet in the area on Tuesday when we arrived at 9pm but that's normal for the area which we didn't realise. Can't recommend this apartment enough. Will stay again."

Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Perfectly located right by the beach, Las Arenas is ideal for a relaxing stay in Valencia. The service was outstanding—professional, friendly, and always attentive. The beach area is beautiful and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable. Highly recommended."
"Lovely stay at this delightful hotel. It was super hot in Valencia but the aircon, pool, and general ease of use of the hotel made it a breeze!
Spa was closed for annual maintenance, which we knew and didn't matter to us.
We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly and efficiently.
Staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful.
The only thing we'd mention is that it would be nice to have someone checking on the pool for high jinks a bit more often - it's a small pool so if you get a bit of high spirits it can make it uncomfortable for other users, and a subtle discouragement of this would be helpful. But in general the vibe was really nice, relaxed without being careless. "
"Perfect location. Right on the beach where there were plenty of lovely restaurants and very close to the tram station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The most beautiful spot to watch the sunrise"
"This is a really great place to stay in Valencia. Primarily being long-term accommodation option for students, I loved how space was distributed for meals, work / study, clothes and for sleep. All was excellent. Only the "problem" I had - stay on a beach or go home to work 😆
My room was single with great quality bed of 120cm wide
For short trips I would suggest to take your own toiletries."
"This place had everything we needed for a fun beach getaway while staying in Madrid most of the week. A short walk to the beach, clean, cool and comfortable! The host was a dream, super responsive and helped us anytime we reached out! If we ever go to Spain again we will stay here for sure! "
"The property is lovely, the pool is fantastic and the house is really well equipped. This feels like a home. The beach was a 2 minute walk away, which meant we could pop in the morning and have a pre-breakfast swim. There’s a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away which was really useful. We were only there a couple of days but I’m already thinking about a return trip. "
