"This hotel, although centrally located for the beach and bars, is very small (we had a superior room and you couldn’t swing a cat)! Theres a constant smell of strong air freshener and the building sounds hollow - you hear every single voice, step and taps running! Some of the staff were quite rude, almost refusing us beach towels because it rained earlier in the day! We thought this hotel was far too expensive for what we got and certainly would not return. "

"Stayed two nights and resort was beautiful. However, they charged me for bar costs which I didn’t use. They only gave me partial credit. I paid a high price for two nights to be charged for additional costs. Room service prices were over priced. Bar tapas were simple. I would not recommend"

"The location was why I've booked the Livensa. The place remind me University dorm. If you are a light sleeper, that might not be the place for you, as everyone scream in the corridor, slamming doors non-stop, loud music. If you walk in the corridor you can even hear the shower when someone is using it... Walls are paper thin I guess. They haven't broom the unit prior to arrival, so floor were dirty. Bathroom needs some love too. But for me it was ok for 2 nights. Location was great with the metro at 3 min walk! I just didn't expect a dorm style for the price. Other than that, front desk people were great, quick and efficient."

"Lovely beach front property with great staff, very friendly and helpful. We loved the decor of the hotel and room, very modern and obviously newly refurbished. The location is ideal for the beach and Marina area, and once you understand it, there are regular buses and Metros into Valencia centre, although I recommend working out a strategy before attempting as winging it is challenging and we wasted time getting on/off the wrong transport. Central Valencia is a good 30mins away, late taxis cost around €16. All in all the hotel was good, and we would stay again"
