"The location was why I've booked the Livensa. The place remind me University dorm. If you are a light sleeper, that might not be the place for you, as everyone scream in the corridor, slamming doors non-stop, loud music. If you walk in the corridor you can even hear the shower when someone is using it... Walls are paper thin I guess. They haven't broom the unit prior to arrival, so floor were dirty. Bathroom needs some love too. But for me it was ok for 2 nights. Location was great with the metro at 3 min walk! I just didn't expect a dorm style for the price. Other than that, front desk people were great, quick and efficient."

"Great luxury hotel a few yards from the beach. Staff are very helpful, facilities are great. Spa offers a great range of services, my wife enjoyed her treatment and we also had use of the sauna, steam room, plunge pool and pool. "

"Lovely beach front property with great staff, very friendly and helpful. We loved the decor of the hotel and room, very modern and obviously newly refurbished. The location is ideal for the beach and Marina area, and once you understand it, there are regular buses and Metros into Valencia centre, although I recommend working out a strategy before attempting as winging it is challenging and we wasted time getting on/off the wrong transport. Central Valencia is a good 30mins away, late taxis cost around €16. All in all the hotel was good, and we would stay again"

"The room had a horrible smell that couldn’t be aired out. The carpet hurt to walk on, overall felt run down. When we left, the front desk worker was a bit huffy with us because we left our keys in the room (in the US, we are used to that practice so could be on us). The surrounding area to the hotel is not crazy clean either, the strip overall is crazy noisy! Fireworks and loud music until 3 am at least. If you need to stay in the area, the beds are clean and get you through the night. Everything else, I wouldn’t stay."
