"Charming hotel with lovely amenities. Service was prompt and friendly. There are no bell captains or personnel to assist with luggage, and we needed help moving luggage from the exit on 3rd (no steps) to the front where cabs and ride share are allowed to park. We found a hotel employee to help us, but I wouldn’t stay there again because of this issue. Perfectly lovely hotel, but ultimately not for anyone who might need assistance. "

"Our family of five (3 kids) stayed the night before our cruise. Hotel picked us up at the airport (free) we just had to call when we landed and went to the right spot. Kids loved the pool. Typical breakfast- no complaints. Our cruise ended up being delayed until that night so we hung out in the huge lobby all day without any issues. For cruisers…. Use the Seattle express option for transportation. It ain’t cheap but they were so accommodating with the ship delay. They made sure we got there no problem. We would stay at this hotel again! "
