"The rooms are lovely, and the staff is incredibly helpful—there is always someone available when you need them. A big shout out to the doorman and security for their help with taxis. Breakfast can get quite busy, so expect a queue. The location is great for the stadium, though it is a bit of a walk from the MTR stations. While the shuttle bus is a nice touch, it doesn't run frequently enough to be truly helpful. Additionally, the road layout around the hotel is a bit awkward, meaning taxis often...

"Clean room and friendly staffs. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 mins of walk."

"Basic hotel, ok if the price is decent."

"Okay for low budget short stay, dehumidifier was awesome in drying out the bathroom, because there are no shower curtains, so the toilet and floor is wet after each shower. No toiletries supplied so bring your own, bonus: toilet roll available, kettle, air condition, electrical sockets, hairdryer, desk lamp didn’t work. Shuttle bus to Kai Tak and if you miss the last shuttle bus, there are 22D, 22M buses. From Kai Tak Mall, CityFlyer Bus Terminal is convenient to travel to the airport and HZM...

"Average Stay, Disappointing Service Check-in was slow and frustrating because my HKID showed my maiden name, while my prepaid Expedia booking was under my Canadian name. Despite providing my Canadian driver's licence, the verification process took so long that I was 45 minutes late for my school reunion. The housekeeping lady was exceptionally polite and pleasant. However, the reception and entrance staff rarely greeted guests or helped open the doors, making the hotel feel...

"Un poco lejos de las atracciones turísticas, sin embargo gracias al excelente transporte público es fácil moverse en la ciudad."

"All the staffs are excellent and well knowledge about the property and often provide extra services. The cocktails at the roof top bar is excellent"

"Great stay in a perfect location. The staff was attentive and helpful and the housekeeping was immaculate. The room was cleaned daily and we were given many waters and amenities during our stay. The shuttle service was also super helpful and we used it to leave for the airport with good timing. We will be returning and booking again!"

"Clean room, friendly staff, shops nearby, transportation is convenient."

"It was a great stay, but one of the three rooms we booked was dirty or was rushed on cleaning. We did request a refresh the next day since we went outside for the whole day; that one was still dirty and felt rushed. The other two rooms were spotless tho. The staff were very friendly and helpful; kudos to the guy who helped us keep our luggage while we strolled around after the check-out"

"An excellent spot, both conveniently located as well as well maintained. We enjoyed te the buffet breakfast every morning, pool, and other amenities. Staff was helpful, considerate and very kind. I would definitely stay here next time."

"Very good"
