"Room was clean, staff was friendly, and location is near good restaurants and Victoria Park. 9/10"

"We were assigned room 1106 and because of the bad smell we had to change room immediately. We then got the high floor 2706 and the smell was not as bad, the room is clean but the mattresses are as hard as rock. After a few more nights we smell smoke coming from other room so we requested to change room again, this time room 2205 and the mattresses are a lot softer and comphy. Just to let u know different room would have different mattress."

"We have a family of 4 and this is one of the few hotels in Hong Kong that offers a room type that accommodates 4 persons. Price is very reasonable and room is clean. Furniture is a little dated though. Another thing you need to deal with is the food vendors (cooked or raw) that’s in the same street. It’s a common thing in Hong Kong but some may not be used to it. Overall, probably the most reasonable price one can find at north point. We will consider this hotel again."

"Good value for money - central location (but some fair walking required) - staff is very helpful (for example: we arrived late and bags were still brought to our room) - room is clean, well maintained and equipped (superior room) - access is a bit difficult (small for a lot of luggage) - very quiet - all-in-all highly recommended!"
