"Room size and facilities "

"It was clean and comfortable and cheap for the price and I had no issues for central London. It's not the easiest doorway to find but it's near Liverpool street. Locks on tbe door are annoying in my view "

"This location was excellent for the Picadilly Line (transit) about 1 block away west, other lines 2-3 blocks away. Tesco Market and lots within easy walking distance. Park & walking trail(s) right outside the door. Easy walk to shops and especially breakfast cafes & restaurants. I will stay here again, *Loved it."

"Perfect if all you is a place to lay your head for the night, rooms are clean (nothing special) ensuite is small but functional, Martin is a happy host, there is limited parking which is good as the property is right obviously to of a busy junction with A12"

"Had a really nice welcome when i arrived. Room was of a good standard and reasonably priced for London Marathon compared to some places. Overall a comfortable stay. The only downside was that there was quite a lot of noise and the doors opening and closing were quite loud through the night. But it is London afterall i guess. "

"The owner is very friendly and helpful. The check in is easy. The room is small but very clean with all amenities available. The bed is comfortable and we have a good night sleep. Kitchen is clean with microwave and drinks provided. Excellent location with walkable distance to many attractions."

"Carpets were dirty and tacky, bedding was stained and ripped, mattresses very old with springs very much felt during sleeping. Toilet sear cane off as was not fixed on at all. The apartments are part of a homeless scheme the council run. So the place is full of foreign homeless people. Avoid at all costs. "

"We listened to the trains all night long. There was no AC, so had to keep the windows open. The tenant below smoked heavily, so we were coughing/choking on the smoke. Not a great stay for families, probably better suited for young adult travelers."

"Had a few days visiting London. The place was very nice, it's best suited for two. Ola, our host, was very welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. I can recommend staying there very much."
