We had a bit of a miscommunication regarding an earlier check in but Miro, the host was very accommodating in helping us to check in and sort out the wifi. I always tend to feel a little disappointed when using short term rentals but this was one of those rare times where the apartment exceeded expectations. We had a few minor issues that were sorted with the owner without much fuss - including replacing the toaster entirely as the old one gave up on us!
