"The location was just what we like. Walkable, convenient to restaurants and transportation."

"Parsa was FANTASTIC! He was extremely helpful with explaining directions, where to dine, how to get from one place to another, & attractions what to be aware of and more 😊. He was very professional, courteous & took time talking to us. A great asset to the hotel. The hotel is very close to Gail’s Bakery plus others for breakfast & a yummy Italian restaurant 3 doors down for lunch or dinner. A Tesco is 5 minutes away where u can purchase grocery items & prices are fair. Super location😃"

"I’m not sure why I did not know that I would have a shared bathroom, but it was never cleaned and wish I knew this was the case. The place is very old and a little scary, but the staff there are super friendly and helpful. It’s like a hostel where people live there… full time? Maybe halfway house?"

"It was clean and comfortable and cheap for the price and I had no issues for central London. It's not the easiest doorway to find but it's near Liverpool street. Locks on tbe door are annoying in my view "

"Ok so it was in the right location for the activity we were taking part in. I can’t say anything about the outer rooms however our room was at the top of the hotel very hot and stuffy with only a roof window to open. Room above a fast food outlet open till 2:00am. Window had to be open to cool the room a fan was supplied but that was more noisy than the fast food out let. Also as the window had to be open due to the time year we stayed, we were woken early by the light. "

"Nice quaint small hotel on beautiful park. Unbelievably quiet for being right in midst of city and walkable to ships,pubs,museums . Aviary across in park added a nice peaceful touch. Room was very nice and clean except carpet really needs to be replaced - many stains and blotches. Staff was very pleasant, accommodative and helpful. "

"My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and public transport. The room was good & comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, accommodating.The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. Overall, a wonderful hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. "

"A lovely Victorian era hotel, the rooms are spacious, the staff are so friendly and the breakfast is amazing. Convenient to Victoria Station for the trains and the Tube. Walking distance to Westminster, Big Ben and the London Eye. We will definitely be back. "

"This location was excellent for the Picadilly Line (transit) about 1 block away west, other lines 2-3 blocks away. Tesco Market and lots within easy walking distance. Park & walking trail(s) right outside the door. Easy walk to shops and especially breakfast cafes & restaurants. I will stay here again, *Loved it."

"Joe the Manager provided great service to us. Rugs could have used a shampooing. Kitchen walls could have used repainting as there were splatter stains from prior use. Communal kitchen for free breakfast was on your own to cook or make. Bread for toast; butter; jam; milk; cereal; apple juice; orange juice; bacon and eggs. Kitchen dishes and cookware provided. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid...

"I would stay here once again if I returned to London! The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy overall. The breakfast cafe had good options for what I needed/wanted. The location was also convenient. You are not far walking distance from the London Bridge underground station. Along the walk you will also find dining options and pubs. No complaints at all! "
