"We were made to feel very welcome and at home. Nice touch having fruit on the dining table for anyone to use, and croissants in room. Great location for heading into the city centre (walk or tram) or a wander round Leith. "

"Staff were all lovely! Locals also very nice, real friendly village feel in the bar. Food was good and lovely little garden to sit out the back and escape the heat! Rooms were basic but did the job for our one night stay. Saw some photos online before going that worried us but room and bathroom and all public spaces very clean so don’t be put off! "
