"The air conditioning did not work well and though reported to maintenance they did not come and check the unit. Everything else was amazing. Housekeeping was wonderful and very accommodating. "
"Our stay at SSI was great! Shipwatch is an older property but met our needs. The beach was never crowded, the pool was always clean, and parking was easy to find. Bring a beach cart because it is a bit of a walk if you are hauling things to the beach with you. Ben was a great host! "

"Property and St.Simon’s location was perfect for my husband and I, our daughters and their families. The property was within walking distance to beautiful beach & neighborhood pool and was a short drive to ‘things to do’ and many great restaurants. Home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay as documented in listing. We enjoyed the outdoor porch sitting areas, toys/games for the kids and beach supplies. Host also made fabulous recommendations for everything we needed while we were there including a photographer so we could capture the rare time that our entire family was together. Highly recommend."

"Clean, cozy place convenient to everything! Our family, one child and three adults, were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The view on the balcony was nice with a breeze. The pool was close by and easy accessibility to and from the beach with the private boardwalk. We didn’t find many shells but the beach was breathtaking! Great family vacation. We’ll definitely be back!"
