The sheets on one of the twin beds was beyond old & peely, thank goodness there was an extra to change the bed with. I think we would have appreciated some directions for the TV, got access to Netflix the one time we watched. The condo & parking were great!! I would stay there again with my friends. Thank you Bonnie for everything!!"

"We absolutely loved the house and the location. I hope this will not be a negative score against the owner or the host, but I would recommend to place a TV in each of the rooms and a safety bar on the pool. I have an elderly mother and it was extremely difficult to get her in and out of the pool. The home was very clean and spacious. We could not have asked for a better home for the price. We will definitely book again"

"The condo is small but worked for what we needed, which was a pet friendly place. That is where this place shines. The grounds are perfect for dogs. There is a path under the unit with nice vegetation and mulch where pets can do their business. They provide bags to pick up the solid stuff. The pool area also has some natural spaces, and beyond the pool there is another large area surrounding the boardwalk to the beach. The walk to the beach isn't too bad and we really enjoyed walking our dog there. The condo has covered parking spaces, but they are tight! We used one when we got there because it was raining hard, but we opted for the open parking after that because I didn't want to squeeze into the spaces. Not a complaint, just an observation."

"I had to change the dates of my stay and the host was easy to work with, which was a great start to this vacation! I have stayed at this property (but not this unit) before and everything was what I expected. The deck was so nice to sit on for sunrise, drinking my coffee and listening to the ocean. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were as expected and nicely decorated."

"We were surprised by the gorgeous view in condo 412 and the television services available which do not match the Hodnett Cooper website images for The Beach Club. There were 3 nice TVs in every room with Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Netflix, etc. The Hodnett Cooper website listed only a DVD player available so we took a bunch of old DVDs to watch but there was not DVD player. The only other issues: 1. There was a broken towel hanging hook in the master bath; the hook was lying on the vanity. 2. The trashcan lid was broken in the kitchen. 3. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work though the light built into the ceiling fan would come on. 4. The air conditioner is very loud probably because the units are mounted on the roof of the building we we we were on the top 4th floor. 5. The condos are quite far from the beach but the walk through the sand dunes is beautiful and we enjoyed the walk. It's a major chore for families taking a lot of beach gear so we simply carried a couple of towels and a beach bag."
