The space was lovely and had great beach access. We were irritated by all of the cleaning requirements we were sent when it was time to check out, given that we were charged a $110 service fee when we booked the place.

This rental is one of the best on the market. If you have not stayed at The Seagate, you should really look at it for your next trip to St. Simons. Everything that you need is within walking distance with a beautiful beach with access point right at your front door. The view from our room of the ocean was amazing to wake up to everyday and listen to the ocean waves every night. The evenings were spectacular to watch the sun set over the water.

Great place to relax!

We had a great time at Sea Gate Inn. Good spiritual atmosphere. Nice heated pool. Comfy beds and right across from the beach. Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

This was the perfect stay. Have been to St Simons 4 times in 5 months, and this was our favorite property to date. Beautiful views and steps away from the beach, Villa was spacious and overall property was super clean and well maintained, Easy stroll to restaurants and shopping.
