We absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was beautiful, spacious, with high ceilings, a huge kitchen, a separate bedroom, and gorgeous exposed brick that gave the whole space so much character. It felt upscale while yet still being incredibly warm and homey. We were on a road trip and enjoyed our stay so much that we actually came back and stayed another night on our way home. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire experience just felt comfortable and easy. And the restaurant upstairs was not only convenient, but delicious! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed in the Grant apartment which had 2 bedrooms. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean. One issue we had the first night we spent there was the extremely loud music coming from the club next door. Thankfully, it stoped at midnight but we were exhausted and we wanted to sleep earlier, the sound and the beat were so disturbing, we couldn’t even listen to the TV. We will definitely stay again at this location.

Parking is on the street, but its convenient to the hotel & food in the downtown area. The hotel is beautiful, architecturally thought out using an old building but making it brand new. The restaurant upstairs is convenient & the food was EXCELLENT.

The hotel was great. The room was perfect, and we ate upstairs in the restaurant, which was phenomenal. We would gladly stay there again on another trip. We ended up going to Saint Simons Island for breakfast and a little bit of shopping, which was good and then we went to the lighthouse museum and had a great time.

The highlight for me was the bed; it was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep after exploring the vibrant downtown area. Speaking of which, the loft offered a fantastic view of the main street, allowing me to soak in the lively atmosphere right from my window. What truly sets Chris Hotel apart is the outstanding staff. The Kress is a hidden gem…It’s built in a stately old bank building, so it has spacious rooms with high ceilings, and the trim is original pine. Beautiful property. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a halfway point on our trip back from the Keys and this hotel did not disappoint. Beautifully restored building, spacious rooms, upscale amenities and walking distance to a vibrant downtown with antique and sports stores and loads of dining options. Wish we could have stayed longer. They discontinued the bike program (we’d planned to take advantage of that), and you need to arrive before the lobby closes to the public at 5 pm (thank goodness we did!!!) … otherwise lovely albeit short visit to Brunswick!

We had a beautiful space to relax and enjoy which had a kitchen, living room area, separate bedroom and bathroom. The decor was gorgeous and the rooms were spotless.
