The staff was so kind and friendly and pleasant, a special shout out to Petrina at the French restaurant, our servers Chetaya and Tamara, and Olivia at concierge. They have a heart of gold. The housekeeping staff are the undercover heroes who took care of the rooms so well. The resort is beautiful, both the Hyatt Ziva and Zilara sides. The golf carts to take you from place to place which was so helpful for my mother with bad knees and ankles. Everything was truly wonderful and I would highly recommend! "
