"I have been to Duncan's Bay 8 times and have stayed in several different villas adjacent to Jacob Taylor Beach. This one is the best! The view is amazing, especially from the new rooftop pool. "We had about 12 people in our group ranging from kids to adults. The home is beautiful but needs some updating. A lot of the doors didn’t close and the tub on the 2nd floor leaked the entire stay. "We stayed for one week in February 2024. Philip responded promptly to all our emails. The villa was clean and comfortable. The pool, and outdoor eating area was very pretty and functional. We asked to have no staff, and Philip was able to accommodate us. The only area for improvement was the bathrooms, they need updating. we would be very happy to come back again."

Tess, Tomika and Tara did an excellent job--going way out of their way to make us comfortable.
