"Very clean and nice property. I did not like the promotion that was offered as soon as we got to the hotel. We listened to a 90 minute promotion ad just for them to say they needed $12,000, YES $12,000 that day to be a VIP. Also the promotion representative said we was getting a $60 massage coupon off of a $94 massage and when we went to use it, the massage rep said it’s only good for a higher massage. Time wasted."

"To find this property in the heart of Mandeville was a joy. As the gate open and I was greeted by the security staff the place felt and looked safe. The reception staff were knowledgable and polite which made the information easy to understand. We slept well on our stay but I must mention the breakfast 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 authentic mouth watering Jamaican food served with a smile. If you want something else you just simply ask. There were great parking facilities and there was also a buggy to show you around. It was a blessing finding this hotel and we will be returning with the rest of our family. Well done to the owners of this property and your staff has done you proud."

"TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. My room was spotless and comfortable, with hot water and a luxurious tub on the balcony overlooking the water. Waking up to that view every morning was everything. The entire resort was extremely clean, the beach was peaceful and relaxing, and the food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was included with both traditional and Jamaican style options available, and every meal was so flavorful. A very special shoutout to Malik at the front desk, Chef Birch, and Romi, the General Manager. What an incredible team! Your hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made my birthday celebration unforgettable. Chef Birch prepared amazing meals, Malik made check in effortless, and Romi ensured every part of my stay was exceptional. They even arranged my transportation to Kingston Airport, making my departure completely stress free. Tiamo gave me the perfect reset, relaxation, and self care experience I truly needed. "Absolutely Breathtaking! An Unforgettable 5-Star Experience at Sunkist Villa! Our group of 13 spent 5 amazing days at Sunkist Villa during our 21-day Jamaica vacation, and WOW—we’re so glad we came!The views are absolutely breathtaking! The ocean is literally steps away, with beautiful rooms, pool, hot tub, veranda, & that incredible Caribbean breeze. It truly feels like paradise.A big part of what made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff! Chef Todd prepared incredible meals & kept us laughing with his witty jokes. Tafari, our butler/server, delivered genuine 5-star service—setting, serving & clearing every meal & making sure we had everything we needed.Sandra kept our rooms spotless and even washed & neatly folded our laundry. Johno kept the pool and hot tub clean & beautifully maintained daily.Funnily, we almost cancelled after seeing an older negative review with photos of a broken cabinet & unkept lawn area. I was bringing family, friends & my daughter's future in-laws to Jamaica for the first time, so I was nervous. THANK GOD WE WENT! Yes, there were a couple of broken cabinet doors, but honestly—we came to Jamaica to relax, enjoy the ocean & make memories, not inspect cabinets! (Do you inspect the kitchens at restaurants & fastfood?)Our experience was exceptional from beginning to end. I already know where my next group will be staying!FYI: Guests provide their own groceries, and budget for staff tips—you’ll gladly."
