Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities, parking, staff courteous and helpful, everything works, restaurant also very good, very good location near the harbour, close enough to access all the benefits of downtown but also far away enough to avoid all the noise and carnage of city nightlife. Close to public transport stops as well. Good value for money. Has everything you want, no need to go to more expensive ostentatious places. Cannot recommend it enough."

"The staff couldn't have been any friendlier! I mean, not a grump amongst them!! =) And our room was perfect! So comfortable! I loved that when we came in from our daily excursions, our beds would be turned down, and there was ice in the ice bucket. The valet parking was amazing because we didn't have to drive around looking for a place to park, and all you have to do is call them 10 minutes before you need your car and they have it right outside the doors, waiting for you. It's awesome!...
