"We liked that the hotel was close to the inner harbor, Royal BC Museum, Empress, bus to Butchart Gardens, restaurants and events for the Victoria Day weekend. Check-in and check-out were easy & efficient. The only down side was that breakfast of any kind was NOT INCLUDED for the pretty penny price. Starbucks coffee in the room was good."

Pros: Great location, bike-friendly, front desk staff was helpful, spacious room (for 2), clean, spring water and coffee in the lobby. Cons: Thin walls made one night tough to sleep when there was a school group; the small single elevator was annoying, stairs only for down, not up. "
