"The Swans hotel is lovely, it feels like staying in a piece of history. Having an entire apartment available is really nice as a family, there was plenty of room for everyone and a full size kitchen. The pub downstairs is great, the food options are wonderful to have, though there is so much food in the area you would be remiss to not explore a bit. The only downside we experienced is that it was unseasonably warm and the main room did not have any windows. Fans were provided, which did help as long as we left the bedroom door open."

"Great location within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the Wharf and Chinatown. Staff were excellent and accommodating. We wanted to check-in early after a long early flight and they did everything possible and got ua checked in two hours early. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"We chose this property for its unique look and feel as opposed to the large corporate hotels. We weren’t disappointed. Beautiful bedrooms, lovely quiet lounge, afternoon snack and relatively easy walk down to waterfront. We went to three of the restaurants recommended by the hotel and all were excellent."
