"Very nice hotel. We enjoyed the pool. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good internet. Walkable area. We had a room in the lobby, so there was a little noise. My biggest complaint would be the water pressure and not very hot water. Other than that, I would stay here again."

"I have now stayed at the Atrio three times in the past 5 years. This was my first visit since Jan 2020 (just before the pandemic). The people, the location, and the service is outstanding (as always). I would stay here again for just those reasons. I do feel the this hotel might have suffered economically during the COVID years. The rooms are getting just a bit dated. "

"This was our 2nd trip back to Hotel Criol. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are very nice. The staff has always been wonderful and helpful. Within just a 3 min walk from Historic Centro, shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very good restaurant as well for breakfast/Coffee. "
