"I have now stayed at the Atrio three times in the past 5 years. This was my first visit since Jan 2020 (just before the pandemic). The people, the location, and the service is outstanding (as always). I would stay here again for just those reasons. I do feel the this hotel might have suffered economically during the COVID years. The rooms are getting just a bit dated. "

"This is an incredible, elegant, historic mansion! We enjoyed our stay here. The architecture is wonderful and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, but the staff will take care of your luggage. After all, this was built in the 1700s! Our room was was spacious and elegant. The location in the Centro Histórico is very good and within walking distance of the main sites. The restaurant serves delicious Mexican food and a fine pianist provides live music."

"Our room was nice and bed was comfortable. Hotel offers free parking located about 10min walk away. Only complaint would be that a party was going on somewhere near the hotel one night and we could hear the music well past midnight. Not the hotels fault, but though I would mention it, in case you book a weekend stay. Restaurant Carola is located within the hotel…eat there. Food is awesome. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Loved this location! While it was bothersome driving to from the juriquilla end since there’s no left turn available. It was a lovely hotel. Everyone was super nice! Check in was fast and easy. My room was super clean snd the bed was so comfy! Cleaning service was very nice and thoughtful "

"Hotel en una de las avenidas principales de la ciudad, muchas opciones cercanas para comer y cenar, no es un edificio de varios pisos, las habitaciones todas son en planta baja donde tu auto lo estaciones frente habitacion, tiene dos albercas suficientes para que los niños se diviertan. No tengo ninguna queja del hotel"
