"I have now stayed at the Atrio three times in the past 5 years. This was my first visit since Jan 2020 (just before the pandemic). The people, the location, and the service is outstanding (as always). I would stay here again for just those reasons. I do feel the this hotel might have suffered economically during the COVID years. The rooms are getting just a bit dated. "

"Professional and attentive staff. Excellent customer service. Property is located close to restaurants, malls and historical center. High end toiletries. The 5th floor has breakfast and dinner included if you stay on that floor. "

"We experienced a nice 1 day stay. Property and rooms are very nice, quiet and close to malls, etc. The 24 hour front desk staff was extremely nice, spoke English and setup up a 3AM taxi pickup shuttle to the airport for us. Airport was 30 min away with no traffic this time of the morning. We would definitely stay here again. "
