"The lobby is nice but that’s about it. I arrived and they made me pay another $200 for a “facility fee.” That’s on top of the about $1000 I’d already paid at booking for 4 nights. The beds only had flat sheets. No fitted sheet. No duvet cover. Just two flat sheets below and on top of the duvet insert. Only water was on the 4th floor. Was told check out was at 11am yet staff came into our room unannounced at 9am and asked when we were leaving. The chrome cast tv in our room was also broken....

"I love the Freehand hotels. The room was a good size for being in NYC! For the two of us, we had plenty of room. The Broken Shaker bar was such a fun place to rest after a long day of exploring. Staff was friendly and I always felt safe in and around my hotel!"
