"Hotel was very nice and friendly staff. Food was pretty good for a buffet. The aircon was limited to 22 degrees and every time you opened your back or front door it reset itself to 24 degrees. We left the aircon on when we was by the pool and the cleaners left the balcony door cracked open every day so the aircon wouldn't be running (they must get told to do this to save energy) so it was a struggle to cool down in 35+ degree heat"

"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly.
