"The Rhodos Horizon City is perfectly situated with everything easily walkable. The staff were all, without exception, friendly, approachable, polite and efficient. A special mention goes to the bar team especially Michael and the wonderful Flora.
The public areas were clean, if a little lacking in atmosphere. A dimming of the lights in the bar area in the evenings would probably help.

"The first impression of my stay was the warm, friendly greeting by the Hotel Receptionist, Alexandria. She is a credit to the hotel. Throughout my stay, she was I credibly helpful and cheerful.
My room was clean and beautifully decorated.
The room is very modern with a bar fridge that is complimentary and filled each day with water, pop and beer.
Complimentary coffee is included too ( Nespresso)
The balcony was spacious.
The location is great, lovely restaurants, stores and cafes close...

"Lovely hotel but my only issues were firstly, after you have used the tea, coffee and milk sachets by the kettle, they do not get replenished. There’s only enough for a white coffee each and a black tea each. When I asked for more after they were not refilled, I was told it’s not their policy to refill.

"Nice historic boutique hotel conveniently located in the walled Rhodestown. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We could walk to shops and restaurants easily. Bring your walking tennis shoes not heels. Cobblestone streets are difficult to walk on otherwise. Street noise outside exterior positioned room kept us awake at night some. "The hotel was very well situated and had all what we needed. All the staff were helpful. Especially the reception staff who were very helpful, friendly, patient and supported us with all our queries, especially Irene who went that extra mile. The breakfast was good however the cooked food could have been hotter."
