"Customer service is impeccable! Lovely guy sorted it all for us and even let us use hotel pool after checkout as flight so late. Please book this is a fabulous villa, great pool, can walk to restaurants and a little “strip”. We hired a car for beaches and trips but loads of scooter hire places too. No loud nightlife, go to Paradise Cafe for excellent service and great prices greek food. "

My criticism focuses mainly on lacking attention to detail , this includes cleanliness in rooms and bathroom, AC not working on the first day, Lack of extractor fan (just wires hanging out) in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor and hotel needs to offer what is available rather than having to ask for certain items like fruit. "
