This must be the hotel with the most panoramic view we've experienced! An ultra modern peaceful holiday stay with everything included.

I Expected a bit more from a 5 star hotel, aside from the rooms, everything is a bit dated and needs some TLC.
If you’re planning on eating out most days, the food options around the area are not good and overpriced - it would definitely be worth hiring a car and exploring
The beach outside the hotel is nice however and the water is very blue and warm, perfect for chilling and watching the sunset

I was very happy with the place. The staff friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. Good entertainment and everything you needed was available within the hotel. However, the standard of cleaning in the hotel room required improvement especially the bathroom.
We stayed for 3 weeks and had special assistance requirements. The hotel was fantastic in their help and understanding from the outset. The property and their staff are amazing and I would certainly travel back.

The hotel is a little run down and not all the amenities claimed were open.
The room had a broken toilet seat and the bath drain closure was very dirty.
Reception staff were standoffish and slow to service people however staff in restaurants and bars were lovely and friendly.
The VIP lounge access was excellent to have.
Good value for money, and the buffet was very good with a nice variety of food.
The two restaurants included in the all-inclusive package were unfortunately very disappointing. The food was poor, and some of it seemed like frozen pizza. In our opinion, the buffet was much better and offered far more choice.
The hotel also shows signs of poor maintenance. We had several problems with the air conditioning during the first few nights, but the staff provided us with a fan, which we really appreciated.
Apart from that, it is a nice hotel with a good swimming pool for children. The Greek-speaking staff were very friendly and helpful. However, some of the international staff could improve their customer service, as this affected the warm Greek hospitality that Greece is known for.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again.
Old furniture but very good food nice view friendly staff , near the nicer beach in town
I drive all over the iland the beach in front of the hotel is one of the best . Breakfast is very nice to
I must say we were really let down by this hotel. Arriving at 14:35, we were told our room wasn’t ready. Fair enough, check in was at 15:00. We were asked to wait or go to a (REALLY overpriced) bar- which we did. Yolo. We come back at 15:30, and again told the room is not ready. Eventually we were accommodated, but the room looked NOTHING like the pictures of the rooms on expedia. Decor and functionality stuck in 1995, however clean with a lovely view. The most annoying thing- no sockets by the bed. Even kettle had to be plugged by the balcony floor- definitely a health and safety risk even without kids. We were given no information at check in, only to download an app which proved totally unnecessary and useless. (Do not bother). We showed up to breakfast one day, only to be told our breakfast is at a different restaurant completely- surely something reception could mention? The only points I am awarding this hotel is for the lovely breakfast hosts, who went above and beyond every morning.
Pool- please forget it unless you wake up at 7am to reserve beds with towels. All the beaches across the street are private and paid extra. To top it off, I have NEVER seen a hotel gym to be paid, too. I cannot with a clean conscious recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is very nice and help for to solve the check-in problem. Housekeeping comes every day and no need making requests like many other hotels nowadays . However the facilities in the rooms need upgrading .

This is a lovely hotel but it could do with some maintenance. The staff were friendly, especially Dimitris. There were quite a few niggles in our room, like the AC could have been cooler, the shower kept over flooding, ants in the kitchen. The breakfast had variety but it was average. We had an amazing private pool in our block so felt relaxed. Overall, we didn’t allow these issues to get in the way. We had a wonderful break. The hotel really stepped up when the wildfires happened and provided food and shelter for all those affected. Hat off to them!

It’s alright… but Not the greatest. Appreciating it’s a massive complex but the whole place looks and feels a bit tired. 50 years old this year… and you can tell. Check in is painful and for some reason seems to take an age. We stayed in one of the family bungalow suites up the mountain side. Concierge service with buggies to get you up and down thank god. The room was ok but… as I say… in need of a refurb. Aircon in the room defo needs a re-gas or service. Had trouble getting to sleep some nights as it was still pretty hot in the room. Had an “American” style breakfast included… lots to choose from. Staff could defo do with cheering up a bit… not many smiles knocking around. Overall… I’d give it 6 out of 10.
It had everything as described. It's big, busy, nice pool, rooms were clean, parking was fine, good location outside the city and yet close to it, the staff were kind and helpful.

They need to renovate all floors below floor 6. It is very deceiving especially if you have booked a sea view room and you are in a room below floor 6. All the rooms on these floors are very outdated! even the foyers on each floor. Both parts to the hotel from floor 1-6 and above are completely different. You go from old fashioned, dark and dingy, to light, modern, nice tech.
I always do all inclusive, but this time I was traveling with picky eaters so I didn't. I couldn't even get ice or ice water at the hotel, only at breakfast (because I got breakfast included) I was told it was hotel policy, well that policy sucks. I travel a lot, and Rodos palace won't be in my future or my family's future accommodations.
For such big hotel, only five people working on the check in counter. So many people were waiting for the check in. I have waited for three hours. The room was ready for after 4pm.
This is not the worst. The air conditioner for the whole building was broken. My room was 30 degrees.
Worst 5 star hotel I ever stayed in. Run down, dirty. During my 5 night stay in an executive suite, I asked for 3 things and all were responded with a clear no. They are stingy and rude and hotel is badly maintained and dirty.
They gave us 2 coffee capsules for 5 nighta and didn't replenish. Breakfast room has one coffee machine for hundreds of people. Was almost half an hour wait to get coffee in the morning. Main building has 3 elevators for 17 floors and hundreds of rooms. One of the elevators doesn't work and people either waited for a long time or walked up to 7,8,9 floor by foot.
Just don't stay there. There are so many better options
