"Adam the host is very welcoming. Amenities are considerate. Property is neat and very clean. Very easy access to a Great many things in the area. Extremely well situated. Tremendous Value. This is my 3rd time staying at one of Adam's properties in the area. Look forward to my next time visiting this area."

"Very nice location and everything in apartment looked new. My Mom loved the sheets and having a washing machine and dryer. My fault not noticing upstairs apartment which made it difficult for my Mom but thats on me. Place needs some area rugs or something to warm it up. Having pergo flooring throughout the whole apartment made it cold and noisy. The kitchen chairs are scary and very cheap and should be replaced. Very clean and with a couple upgrades it would be just perfect. "

"Rooms were good size and the bed count was good for who we had... However, having pictures of bedrooms would be nice to see ahead to lay out roommates list and the kitchen set up. The management company team was great on the ready with being available when needed, and understanding of our unique set up for the nearby ice arena week-long event.Only comment was check in procedure didn't come in till morning of arrival and morning of departure. But good in explaining the secure door process and then to the apartment locking.Recommend checking the 2 apartment listings they have nearby if have more than 5 people sharing a place. "
