"I didn’t like the rude front desk attendant. Cancelled my reservation after traveling for an hour. Was very rude when i asked questions on why my reservation was cancelled. Apparently if you book through a third party they casually decide to cancel your reservation and give it to some else. I guess this is what you get for trying to save a few dollars. She then lied and said she tried to call me and that i was supposed to call to make sure i was coming which is unheard and unacceptable. I ask...
