"My wife and I stayed for a week at this property along with her parents for a week while visiting their family who live not far away. The rooms were nice and the outdoor patio was a lot of fun for us. The carpet NEEDS to be replaced. However, the front desk staff were the runaway stars of the week. Managers Jeanette and Jennifer were absolutely on the ball the entire stay and helped us with SO many requests throughout the week. They smiled every single day and they simply went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From multiple replacement keys to bedding requests, to help with washer/dryers, they were so helpful and their customer service was well beyond expectation.
