"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This is the first hotel however where someone at the front desk did not speak English. There was someone else who did speak English but for some reason the non English speaker always helped us. We had to go back to the desk to ask where the gym and pool were and what time breakfast was which are usually explained at check in. We went back to ask about getting a tour or driver to see kawah putih. She told us they did not have this. We went next door to...

"Very pleasant stay great to layover between flights closer to Terminal 3. Perfect free airport transfer even at 3:00AM. "

Hotel location is good, located exactly at the same building with a shopping mall so it's easy to find almost everything you need there."
