"Service is amazing, property is a bit on the older side but they seem to have constant maintenance. It’s the perfect place for kids under the age of 9, lots of fun activities. The only big downside for me, cause I’m a foody, is their food. Wasn’t very tasty, and restaurant options around it are not too close by. "

"Worst hotel experience we have had in Indonesia. Bath leaked on the floor, strong smell of sewer/sewer gas in bathroom and room, dirty crib mattress and crib. Dinner in restaurant was poor - we were the only customers and had to wait nearly an hour for food. Which was cold. Egg in soup was cold and undercooked. Breakfast was also bad. 30 minute wait for coffee. Half our food never came. Definitely would not ever return here. "

A lot of stains on the bathroom wall. The bathroom's door handle was broken. No door lock. There were not so many amenities in the bathroom. The towel didn't seem to be washed properly or...

"Great location, walk out to Braga. Great staff, breakfast is a mix of local and western foods. It is a little confusing entering/exiting and if you call for a taxi, most of them are not familiar with the process. Pretty close to train station."
