There was someone else who did speak English but for some reason the non English speaker always helped us. We had to go back to the desk to ask where the gym and pool were and what time breakfast was which are usually explained at check in. "Service is amazing, property is a bit on the older side but they seem to have constant maintenance. It’s the perfect place for kids under the age of 9, lots of fun activities. The only big downside for me, cause I’m a foody, is their food. Wasn’t very tasty, and restaurant options around it are not too close by. "
