"Our stay at the Mora was awesome. Such amazing staff; very attentive and pleasant that is always smiling. All the staff were great - my stand outs tho were Maria (the restaurant manager), Chezalina and Anastasia. These 3 staff members made our trip very memorable with their caring and pleasant ways. "Amazing hotel to stay. Being an avid traveller, I can say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The food is exceptional in quality and quantity. The staff are very friendly and cater to all needs. Such a lovely place to be to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive vibes. All staff are smiling and show so much care towards you. We were specially looked after by Abdallah who mostly works in Ginger bar and also Ibrahim who works in the restaurant. They looked after us so well. I'd 100%...

"Initially we had some issues with our villa and with the condition of its balcony, which was due for refurbishment as the neighbouring villa was being worked on - so it wasn’t a great start, however the staff were attentive and sorted us out by relocating us a brand new private villa which in one word was WOW!
Everything else was excellent and would most certainly recommend."

"Hôtel très bien localisé avec une belle piscine et la plus belle plage de la zone (banc de sable à marée basse). Le personnel est au petit soin au restaurant, bar et pour les activités !
La chambre avec vue mer était magnifique. Petit cadeau Lux à l'arrivée;
Point à améliorer pour la proposition restauration pour atteindre la qualité Lux Belle Mare.
Quelques améliorations au niveau de la maintenance (fuite au niveau des menuiseries, ..)
