"Loved the security because you had to have a key in order to even access the elevator and it’s your key that allows you to get to the floor that you’re on. No buttons in the elevator to push. Staff was great, rooms are very clean and welcoming. The food was reasonable and good."

"We often visit Pigeon Forge and decided to give this new hotel a try. Clean, family friendly, center of everything. Pool stays open until 11pm, which was amazing for the kids after a long day of fun. I honestly think they have sound proof rooms and sliding glass doors to the patio. The quietest hotel we have stayed at for such a busy area. Caribbean resort feel in the mountains. Perfect for the summer vibe."
